Privacy notice.
Last updated: 9 October 2026.
This notice describes how Popit Productions handles information provided through this website. For questions or privacy requests, contact info@popitproductions.com.
Information you choose to provide
When you enquire, you may provide your name, email, organisation, event or shoot date, location, indicative budget and project details. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your brief.
How information is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Sending and saving your brief
Where the form sends an enquiry directly, it is delivered to Popit Productions by email through the website’s hosting service. If you choose to prepare an email enquiry, the website opens a draft in your own email app; you decide whether to send it. Copying or downloading a brief creates a copy for you. The form does not store unfinished briefs in your browser.
Hosting and service providers
The hosting provider may process technical information, such as an IP address and request logs, to operate and protect the website. Popit Productions and its email providers process enquiries to provide the requested response. Temporary technical records may be used to limit spam and abuse.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not install advertising tags, analytics cookies or social media embeds. If analytics or advertising measurement is introduced, this notice and any necessary choice controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.
Access, corrections and removal
You can email us to request access to, correction of, or removal of information supplied through the website. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Information may need to be retained where required to deliver an agreed service or meet applicable obligations.
External links and email
External services and your email provider have their own privacy practices. Information you send by email will also be handled by the providers involved in delivering that message.
Questions or concerns
Write to info@popitproductions.com with any concerns about the information you have supplied, so we can respond.
