Technical direction focuses on coordinating the technical plan and production requirements. Stage management focuses on the stage, running order, presenters and show cues. The exact responsibilities are agreed for your event.
Do you supply equipment as well?
Equipment and supplier requirements depend on the project. Include your venue and any existing suppliers in the brief so we can discuss the technical scope. Equipment inclusions are confirmed in the proposal.
